In the year 1999, architects Don Valeriano Mora (Rome reward, author of diverse restoration projects) and Sta. Silvia Burguete study was entrusted the restoration and rehabilitation project of the residential group, as rural houses for tourism use, with these approaches:
1) Conserve the authentic historical constructions state.
2) Improve the enyoiment and utiliyt capacity of their diverse dependences.
3) Match services and modern comforts.

With those approaches the project was approved by Canary Islands Government tourist authorities, and subsidized by the European Union program Leader .

The rehabilitation has been a scrupulous work, not without a great effort and carefull dedication, and the proposed objectives have been fully achieved .

The result is a residential rural leisure architectural group.

It has three units independent flats for tourist dwelling. Each one of them has a bedroom, particular bathroom, living dinning room with mini kitchenooks, ancient furniture, endowed with electrical hosehold appliances of modern comforts.

The patios conserve diverse particulars of their history: hornacilla , backer's , pergolas, climbings ornamental plants, barbecue, etc.
You acces from the patios to the other annexed dependences, such as a social living room, bathroom, garden and orchard, etc., conserving the ancient construction in harmony with modern comforts and requirements.
A beautiful and panorami view is contemplated from the terraces and balcony: Diverse trees and orchards properties, palms and hundre years old olive trees stand out in the foregound, and in the backgorund the mountains of "Las Tirajanas".
