Silvia Burguete study was entrusted the restoration and rehabilitation project of the residential group, as rural houses for tourism use, with these approaches:
1) Conserve the authentic historical constructions state.
2) Improve the enyoiment and utiliyt capacity of their diverse dependences.
3) Match services and modern comforts.

The rehabilitation has been a scrupulous work, not without a great effort and carefull dedication, and the proposed objectives have been fully achieved .

It has three units independent flats for tourist dwelling. Each one of them has a bedroom, particular bathroom, living dinning room with mini kitchenooks, ancient furniture, endowed with electrical hosehold appliances of modern comforts.

The patios conserve diverse particulars of their history: hornacilla , backer's , pergolas, climbings ornamental plants, barbecue, etc.
You acces from the patios to the other annexed dependences, such as a social living room, bathroom, garden and orchard, etc., conserving the ancient construction in harmony with modern comforts and requirements.
A beautiful and panorami view is contemplated from the terraces and balcony: Diverse trees and orchards properties, palms and hundre years old olive trees stand out in the foregound, and in the backgorund the mountains of "Las Tirajanas".
